This company sent out a unexplained letter to a friend of mine saying he owed his landlord money yet there was no breakdown or detailed description of what it was actually owed for. When this company was contacted they refused to explain why and what it was for other than we are no longer dealing with our client any further! Totally digusting that as a company you feel you have the right to just hand out letters without explaining why you as a company felt you were justified in sending it out in the first place and then having the cheek to refuse to discuss the details!

Was owed a debt of 280 by a company that were outright messing me around re' payment. I honestly did not think I would receive the payment as multiple other people had stated they had not been paid by this company also. I found K2 and enquired about their service. Claire sent the terms and an instruction form. Both were simple and quick to understand. In less than a month they had collected the money with charges and paid into my bank! A huge relief for my small business. Of the 280 owed, I still received just over 250 after charges. It is re-assuring to know that I have a lifeline to use for when debtors REFUSE to pay. An asset to my business and I know where to come should it ever happen again. Thanks to Roger and Claire.
Lousy service, terrible telephone manner, definitely not recommend it.
