Major concern with JL tealight Advent Candle. Twice now the tealight has flashed and caught fire sending up a 4-5 inch flame if it was not for quick action I dread to think of damage done? Another exploded in my face when lighting and they do not smell at all. I used last years tealight holder as this years one was tiny and you could not see Merry Christmas when tealight was in it useless absolutely useless - thinking of going to Trading standards as JL are not taking my complaint seriously yet they have stopped selling them ?????

Terrible customer service and terrible customer service staff. If it were possible to give this no stars I would. For a company that normally comes to in customer service I have no idea what has happened them this Christmas. Items stolen in transit and still I have to wait until they have concluded an investigation with the company they have outsourced to. No time frame and no way of knowing whether I will get a refund or the items before Christmas. Shame on you John Lewis

I have been trying to contact John Lewis customer service to report a fault with our oven. Been hanging on the phone listening to terrible music for a long time for about the fourth time. No joy. No answer to emails either. They have really gone down hill.
