Understand we are going through challenging times but strongly feel like the staff at this pharmacy could be much more helpful. I have had to return several times to fulfill a simple prescription and there is a real lack of customer service. I am someone who is okay to wait, especially when told it's busy and there is a queue of prescriptions to fill, but it seemed very disorganised to the point where staff can't communicate estimated wait times with any sort of confidence. Also disappointed in the \PPE\ wearing amongst staff. The person who took my BMI stats in a small, separate room wore a plastic face shield which we know is not equivalent protection to wearing a face covering. The other staff at the pharmacy often have no face coverings on or they are falling down off their face.

Nothing but praise for this company . I use Sjal saphir Concentrate and it's hard to buy it in the UK Johnbell & Croyden are one of the few places that sell it thank goodness. Placed a order online on the Friday and my order was dispatched Sunday and arrived today. Packaged in a blue cardboard box inside was a card telling you who had picled my order and packaged it up for me. Nice touch and it was surrounded by straw. Well packaged and secure. We are in a lockdown and still managed to get this item delivered in a few day's. I have nothing but praise and will definitely recommend this company to my friends and will be repurchasing in the future now I know they stock the item.

Services down hill all the way. Staff just standing around chatting without a care for customers. Bad manners and bad attitude. Also tried to collect my online order and it took 3 seperate people to find it. Wasted so much of my time. In addition, booked my flu vaccine weeks in advance. Then they just cancelled it with days to go. Why on earth you mess around with people's flu vaccination ? If you don't have the stock, don't make the appointment available. What a joke and unfit to be a pharmacy. I now have to look for flu vaccine when it would have been easier weeks ago. This place cannot be trusted. Zero professionalism and one day, people will sue them.
