First class service from start to finish! Quick turnaround from quote to fitting. I had my front room and passage fitted with laminate flooring. The fitters were brilliant, polite and done anow amazing job. I would absolutely recommended JF carpet & flooring. I will be using them again very soon.

Carpet and shop was fine, but really bad fitting job. Carpet cut too short and not tucked under at edges. Looks a raggy mess! Tried to get him to engage and see if it can be sorted but I was ignored.

The owner of this shop I found to be rude. He blamed me for inadequate measurements when he never came to measure himself. The carpets were massively delayed and I ended up getting even thicker carpets that I did not want meaning I had to plane my doors to the point where they were structurally unsound. The door bars used were inappropriate for the finish I needed. His fitter did a good job with the difficulties that resulted. Stressful and rude. Such a shame. I will not be returning. Carpets were cheap though.
