Not sure about others but I found it is extremely intimidating that they require a copy of your passport and take a picture of your face when you arrive. The doctor told me I might have problem so required me to pay extra on top if my consultation to do a blood test. Then it took them two weeks to send through results abs I was fine... unbelievable! Very poor service abs I won’t return for sure.

We would recommend IVI to anyone and everyone going through fertility treatment. We knew we were in the best hands from our very first appointment - from the extremely knowledgeable doctors, friendly staff and excellent facilities - IVI made the process as stress free as possible.
we had the luck to have worked with Cesar Diaz on the implantation of our daughter. He was always so kind to answering all our questions which made the process stress and worry free. We felt very cared for. We never felt like we were just treated like a number. Now we have the sweetest little girl and we have him and his wonderful team to thank for!
I had no where experienced like other reviews which I strongly feel for others who have been messed about like myself. DISAPPOINTED!! No communications skills at all. I was waiting to have my first appointment (consultation) to only find out that it took 4different people after 3 weeks of advanced booking that on the day I was going for the appointment which I booked a day off from work for and wasn't based in London but came to cancel all plans and to get ready for this apt which I was very nervous about to get my husband saying they have called and said that he cannot do any tests on same day as me as it needs to be 5days before the actually appointment!! That was it enough of this messing about just only the day before I confirmed all but still messed us about. No body could actually talk sense and even knew about the appointment. Its a joke how they think this fertility is another way to scam people and mess around with others feelings. It is bad enough going through this motion but they are not real. All they care about is the money and don't care who gets messed around or hurt in the meantime. Disgusting company if that's what you want to call it. Highly advised DO NOT USE/GO!!!! Especially if she's called Rachel! What the heck is that woman actually doing there. She has the worse attitude every time you want to ask her something she huffs and puffs like she's actually doing me a favour, well Rachel darling it is private for a reason and it's money that I was paying for answers not attitude! Sort yourself out as negative atmosphere doesn't help others that are already anxious and if you don't like your job then go find another one maybe a nightclub cloakroom job will be much suited as they are full of attitude always anyway so maybe your in the wrong job! So yes rude staff, no communications skills and well there's not enough to write on here but really not impressed!!! Stay away!!!!
