Well... that was a waste of time... I would expect with all the right measurements they might even get the right bits. Then to be dismissed when you actually turn up to collect saying no one took a call from you and they don't have a simple coupling... That's an hour of my life I won't get back. AVOID.

When being sexist, dismissive and providing what proved to be incorrect information It might pay to remember that the internet is now 'a thing' and that people will leave honest reviews warning customers to stay away. If you have no interest in passing 'non-trade' trade, put up a sign. Maybe get a big barking dog while you are at it just so there can be no mistaking you for a friendly neighbourhood shop.

A trader that would rather knowingly sell a more expensive, incorrect item to a female customer than provide honest service to encourage repeat business. Very short sighted.
