Great experience from when i first picked up the phone, to get an appointment with Oscar who spent some time reassuring me and dealing with my fears about treatment and how it would work to Daniel attending today and spending a long while discussing entry points, prevention and preferences and the treatments available. At no time did was i made to feel that i was irrational due to my \ phobia\ and i felt totally reassured by the end of the visit that this issue would be dealt with and i could live pest free almost immediately. Not only will i be recommending the service i will be looking to use them in my professional life

Me and my flatmates have been dealing with squirrels in our loft since February. We have had multiple attempts to remove the squirrels and had no successes. Finally, a pest control agent from inoculand was sent to our rescue! Courtney was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. He reassured us that the problem would be dealt with by him and that we could stop stressing! He was right. After 3 weeks we are no longer hearing squirrel noises. Today he was due back to finish the job. We woke up this morning to a disaster! Bed bugs. Thankfully Courtney was already en route to finish the squirrel job. He was extremely helpful and managed to sort the situation to treat the bed bugs that day. We are now sat in our flat in peace with the first stage of treatment already completed and a new bed on its way. Inoculand were great and Courtney is a legend. We owe him a beer.
