Rude and inconsiderate staff in a opn plan where confidentiality of people seeking help is not respected. Ingenus and the Work & Health Program have no time to discuss or get to know the people they are tasked to help in finding work. Interested only in processing paper work and arranging appointments for a later date that are either cancelled at the last moment or never happen. My work coach was replaced without informing me. I had approx. 4 meetings before giving up.
