After 5 days of trying to give 24 hour care, Margaret agreed I could contact you to help with her care. For me it was h1ce a miracle you and your staff rearly understand what care in the community really means. Nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone. Everyone was totally reliable, good time keeping, caring and honest. Margaret was happy with you all. We constantly hear about person centred care, but very few agencies know the meaning of these words, but you and your team really do. Thank you again for your genuine 'care' and understanding P.G.

My experience of the services of Independent Homecare is that they are professional and provide a good quality of service to their clients. The one other area that is important when dealing with any service for people is that they are caring and ask their clients what they want and tailor their services to suit the need. As the daughter of a care receiver I feel that I am always kept up to date with any issues that are relevant to my mum and her care.

How these guys manage to deal with my lovely (....and cantankerous) 92yo mum , I really do not know , this just shows how professional the whole team are. I cant recommend them enough., and if mum reads this she'll forget she's read it 10 mins later - i'm in the clear I think.....Thanks guys you are amazing!
