Exceptional customer service! Highly rated. It was a real pleasure working with Hans from Hunters Northfields office. He sold both our commercial and residential properties. He is certainly very experienced and knows the local market inside out in Northfields, he’s a real professional and a lovely gentleman and on numerous occasions he went out of his way to help us wherever he could throughout the entire sales process. His swift and witty responses were really appreciated, it really felt as if we had a personal service. Selling a house during these difficult times during the coronavirus was always going to be a challenge, but we cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Hans and his team, following the recent sale of our Northfields home. From the initial meeting, through to the photography, marketing and viewings, Hans was the ultimate professional. His good humour and calm demeanour also reassured us during the process; in fact he pretty much had the chain managed from bottom to top. Whatever was thrown at him, even when things looked like collapsing, he always found a way and we cannot thank you enough Hans & wish you and the team (also all of them very friendly and welcoming) a successful 2021. Professional and personal at the same time. Not an easy thing to do or be. Today we completed on the sale of my parents home after only 55 days!!!!! We have had first class service from the first phone-call to the Northfield Branch, speaking to Adele. Charlee came out to value the house and photograph. She gave us complete confidence that they could sell for us. We had 6 viewings booked for the day after it went on the market but we actually had an offer on the house only 20 minutes after the sale board was erected! We had constant communication and updates from Charlee & Candy. They kept solicitors on both side ‘on their toes’ and ensured a quick sale was met. We also had great service from Adele & Paige at this branch, both extremely polite, efficient and reliable. We would recommend this Estate Agents to everyone.
