Poor customer service, very inflexible when trying to negotiate for a deal, inexperienced salesman who lacked authority when it came to negotiating and always having to validate a price with his superior. It was a total waste of our time, ended up purchasing the same car for a better value at GWR Kia Brentford. I will never attempt to buy a car from here ever again, we were very disappointed with the whole experience. On top of this you are actually denying everything I've just said in my review,you can't take criticism at all all tho everything I've said it's pretty much accurate. Very disappointed to see that you don't have the decency to take criticism positively and not just trying to deny everything I've said in my review which is very accurate in fact that I can give you all the details of our visit to your showroom /dealership.
A joy! Easy to book my test drive. Ben took over & from the test drive to the time I drove off the forecourt the entire process was painless & enlightening. Nothing was too much trouble. He is extremely knowledgeable & patient. A special shout out to for their receptionist & her amazing home made cookies
Coming into Kia, Faisal Ashraf, was so helpful with showing us the different cars I could possibly finance. When I entered during my first visit no one was available to help me however Faisal came off his break just to help me, that action is the only reason why I chose to buy a vehicle at Kia! He showed me many different cars and told me every specification of the vehicle. Excellent service by him!! Recommend him to everyone
