My partner sought advice relating to a cycling accident and injury. The new claims team were very responsive, always coming back to us on the same day. I would not recommend the Hudgell solicitors law firm, because of my personal negative experience. My medical negligence claim was a very straight forward case. Unfortunately, due to lack of proper engagement of this firm my case has been dragged on for 6 years. The defendant didn’t wait so long and managed to leave the country. I was left with nothing with my winning case.
