Cannot thank them enough. I ordered some foreign currency on a Click and Collect service. However when I went to collect yesterday the currency wasn't in due to an error. They offered me a full refund but it was a Birthday Gift. The manager offered to get the currency today and even dropped it off at my place of work for me as a gesture of good will. Thank you again, I will definitely come to you to order my currency. Great customer service in something that could have been a disaster.

Current spot price of fine 999 gold 48.60 per gram. Offered 22 per gram. I understand they have to make profit but that is a rip off. If you want a better price look elsewhere.
