A friend treated me to a 90-minute hot yoga class at Hot Yoga South. It was great - super hot and sweaty. Loved Richie, he was an excellent instructor. If I lived closer, I would be a member.

Very big studio, never had a lesson where I didn't have space to practice even in the very busy times. Good teachers, lots of different teaching styles so you're bound to find one you like. Staff very welcoming and friendly. People who come to practice are also very nice and friendly. Love this place!
