HisCox insurance did not pay out on a pandemic insurance because they did not consider covid 19 to fall within their terms. They were defeated in supreme Court and they now have to pay out. Let that sink in.
Hiscox has been humiliated with today's Supreme court judgment. Hiscox failure to pay out on Covid-19 lnsured business losses has utterly undermined the public faith in the insurance market.
Hiscox have been extremely helpful to me and have always gone above and beyond. They genuinely seem to want to help businesses like mine. The process is relatively straightforward, but is the help and suport I have received as a customer that is truly exceptional. I would recommend!
Annoying time wasting quote process. Tried to get an online quote but having completed all the details it doesn’t give you a quote but then tells you to call their free phone number. You call go through all your details again, the agent then spends 20min on a sales pitch about how generous each element is etc etc. In the end after 30mins I got fed up and told him to just give me the quote , further stalling before an absolutely ridiculously excessive quote price given. Thanks for wasting 30mins of my life with your stupid tele sales technique .
