Awful customer service. I took 3 bottles, came to the cash desk, shop assistant was not paying attention for some period of time, but it was fine and not really long. But then he scanned the bottles, I paid and that’s it, he was just staring at his computer. It was really awkward, he didn’t offer any bag, didn’t wrap the bottles, just totally ignoring me. I waited for some time, put the bottles into my backpack and left like sad Santa with ding dong sound. Even cheap chain supermarkets give you a better experience in terms of service, they pay at least some attention to a customer. Maybe better to put self-checkout desks in that case if your shop has such concept :/ But I think people don’t go to shops just to buy stuff, you can use any internet platform for that, especially during pandemic. You need to stand out somehow and customer service experience is very important.

Great selection of wines, craft beers, and spirits. They have a whole shelf for reasonably priced, everyday wines, along with plenty more pricey options. Friendly, helpful service.
The salesman looked at me from top to bottom and up again... Great start when you hear an accent from Russia. Tried to ask if it is possible to order that specific wine i wanted, well let's just say the answer was no then an American guy comes in, asked the same thing and what do you know, it is possible. Double standard much?!

Wide range of wines, but also plenty of cider, beer, gin, and whisky. Pretty much your one stop shop for alcohol in the local area!
