Awful experience dealing with this clinc. 100% avoid. The Dr who dealt with me here spilled my blood all over the chair and floor and made other countless mistakes during the time I dealt with him. Another clinic has given me a full refund for his awful service but this clinic is now avoiding my calls and emails. It was only till I threatened trading standards did they decide to email me back. This is now the 12th time I have called today and I will continue to keep calling until someone answers my call. If you want a good clinic I would always recommend The London Cosmetic Clinic. They have always been extremely good to me any issues I have had, have always been dealt with quickly and professionally.

I strongly recommend visiting HB Health without hesitation. I attended for treatment of hyperhidrosis and from start to finish was impressed by the whole place. The team there are very friendly and welcoming, I didn't have to wait too long to be seen - just enough time for a coffee and a chat with the patient coordinator who is lovely. The price was very reasonable considering its such a beautiful clinic in Knightsbridge and they offered a free follow up appointment which I haven't even needed! I'll definitely be back!

I highly recommend HB Health of Knighsbridge Clinic. They are extremely kind, understanding and super helpful. From start i felt very comfortable and informed. Skin therapist was professional and made me feel extremely comfortable and happy with my end results, and I felt I was taken really good care of. Thank you so much! I am definitely coming back!
DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC , they did a laser treatment for sun damage on my face without patch testing or getting me to sign a disclaimer . My face is still scared 8 months on. They have since told me they have NO liability as all their therapists are self employed . I paid 2100 for a treatment plan this was my first treatment and even after destroying my face they STILL have refused to give me back the rest of my money. I am now having to take legal action against them I have spent so much money trying to sort my skin out and this clinic should be shut down DO NOT GO HERE
