Great service and excellent finishing! Asked for same day ring resizing, and they turned it around in less than 3 hours. They were good to manage expectations on what could be achieved with a tricky ring resize, but completely exceeded them!

After contacting numerous jewellers regarding a loose diamond in my ring I came across hatton garden workshop. I managed to organise a same day appointment (which was great). Upon arriving I had a little wait until I was seen but the wait was definitely worth it! The jeweller I saw knew exactly what he was talking about and provided exceptional service and fixed my ring on the same day! I would 100% recommend to anyone who wants quick, efficient service. Will definitely be returning if I have any other jewellery problems in the future!! Thank you !

The person I spoke to today was amazing, I'd been having trouble with my engagement ring being a bit tight so took it in to get resized - they provided very honest service and told me the ring was just a bit out of shape, fixed it up and saved me the money of a resize. I doubt I would have gotten such honest service elsewhere. I'm so pleased I travelled in to Hatton garden. Thank you!

Today I had my engagement ring resized. I really wanted to find a good jewellers as the ring had been in my fiance's family for some time. I didn't make an appointment and was seen straight away where they were able to resize my ring within a day. The team did such a fantastic job and made it look as good as new.
