I really enjoy cooking delicious Japanese food with Reiko. Menus are really well balanced and tasty. Instructions are clear and its lots of fun! Reiko has plenty of tips about substitute ingredients or shortcuts and is always accessible and down to earth. Highly recommend!

What an amazing teacher! The quality of the tuition was exceptional. I joined the December Online Every Day Japanese Cooking Class B. Every single class was fun, Reiko ensured that everyone on the class was not falling behind with the instructions. The end result was amazing. All prepared dishes were just so delicious. Reiko made the food preparation so easy. I enjoyed the class so much that I have joined the Class C in January. I am so much looking forward to the future classes and dinners. Thank you so much Reiko!
Tried this for the first time virtually during Lockdown, and loved it. I'm not the most confident cook, but watching Reiko take us through the dishes, it reignited my passion for cooking. Would recommend to anyone.
Amazing Japanese cooking course - would highly recommend. I attended an online class every Tuesday for 4 weeks, cooking an incredible range of delicious Japanese dishes. Every dish was simple to follow with clear instructions, and Reiko was an excellent teacher. It's ignited a passion for Japanese cooking and will be cooking much more in the future
