Ok the good first. Got us back a lot of our money back over the years. Best collectors we have used and still use them all the time and I'm speaking simply based on the results they get for us. Overall they recover far more then they don't for us and usually that's only when a client of ours goes bust so not much can be done anyway. The not so good (although nothing real bad) on the customer service side a bit slow with reporting, usually they take a day or two to get back to me after emailing them for update requests but always do get back with breakdowns of collections so far for us.
