I would like an update on a formal complaint I made, regarding my recent Vaserlipo procedure at the Harley Body Clinic, preformed by Dr Horn on 25th of September. The surgery cost 3000 for my inner thighs and inner knees. The four incisions resulted in just 400mls of fat being removed (as per surgeon notes). My complaint is regarding the information given at my face to face consultation (majority of which was given by James), the absence of any visible results (photos attached) and the unprofessional service and standard of care I received throughout the whole process. I want a full refund of the 3000 I paid for this unnecessary surgery, that has resulted in exceptional stress and unnecessary cosmetic scaring, with no results to show and a financial loss.
