Great work and treatment by Dr.Mike. 1 - Very easy consultation process. He was willing to answer any questions i had immediately. Expected awkwardness, but really it was done so well, as I was totally at ease with the doctor 2 - Post covid, the protocols implemented by the clinic, and the checks before were quite detail oriented, and it was comforting to know the efforts being taken. 3- The assistants and nurses, Kele and Shazia, took really good care of me, from before the surgery, and even after with regular updates and checks. Absolutely no need to go anywhere else. Just talk to Dr.Mike, and he will advice if you either need or not need something. Thank you. Definitely 5 star treatment.

Mike Commins has a bad temper. I had a Vaser Lipo procedure done in Jan and the results are bad as he admitted in May. He promised me to book me in as soon as the clinic opened and I had to chase his clinic up where I was told they are already booked up for July. When I told the PA I should have been booked in, she calls him to call me and he gets annoyed with me again. I told him I will no longer tolerate his outbursts as he also got angry just before my procedure when I asked him to confirm the areas he’d do and also when I asked him for post-op notes he didn’t take. To date, there is no proof of exactly where he did the lipo. He told me to make an official complaint which I have to the Private Clinic that owns this place. I’m very disappointed not only at the procedure but at the fact that I get shouted at for chasing a time to try and get this sorted as promised. For such a notable doctor in Knightsbridge, this isn’t the service I’d expect. Update: please be careful when speaking to the receptionist Shazia. She’s seems to be too distressed in handling clients that need to be seen and too ill as she said, and can’t cope with the role she’s given. After a call with her asking to be seen in July as promised by mike but finding out they are booked, Shazia was apparently very upset and called me demanding when I have lumps all over Mike’s work and unevenness. When I tried to talk to her why she was upset in all of this, she hung up the phone on me. So forget the fact Mike can’t prove where he operated, my saggy skin or lumps after spending over 5,000. Shazia is the one we needed to be mindful of. Honestly, well done guys for terrible results and service. A joke for the most famous surgeon in Knightsbridge.

A huge thank you to Dr Mike and his team at the Hans Place Practice! Very pleased with the results of the mid def vaser lipo on the flanks, hips and upper and lower abdomen. Vicky was extremely helpful when had to reschedule surgery due to work commitments.
