I arranged a meeting for 1pm and sent an email with the requested information and photos. I turned up outside the front of the building at the correct time, I emailed, rang the number on the website, rang the buzzer of the correct apartment and was ignored. I waited around for half an hour and then went home empty handed. I have now received an email of apology.
