I arranged a meeting for 1pm and sent an email with the requested information and photos. I turned up outside the front of the building at the correct time, I emailed, rang the number on the website, rang the buzzer of the correct apartment and was ignored. I waited around for half an hour and then went home empty handed. I have now received an email of apology.

Very impressive service. Simon took a fairly blurry picture and enthusiastically turned it into a beautiful final product. This was the first time I'd bought a ring so I was nervous about getting value and ensuring I got the right level of quality. However, Simon patiently guided me through the process and provided everything I asked of him. I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to friends.
