I had some bad Work Coaches and experience while I have attended the Job Centre but , I have to say never have has there been a more wonderful and supporting Work Coach has Javid or MR Javid , he listens , understands and is SO SO helpful with excellent advice , I wish his managers could reward him , if not , they may lose him , p

I feel it is necessary to acknowledge those who make us worthy in the society. In this case,Mr Javid (the Coach) has demonstrated such high level of professionalism with humanity beyond my comprehension. Not only that this man ordinarily helping his customers, but, effectively empathizing with us by putting himself into similar situations, then, addressing the problems as his own. What a great minded Man! It is like, he revives the weak bodies and brings back the lost hopes. He will coach you with targeted holistic method to suit your situation, including abundantly supplying you with necessary and up-to-date information that desirable to your needs. I am happy to have met his type of personality at the Job centre, knowing, he will soon help to put an end to my employment problems.

i lost my job and my flat last year, i living on the street for 15 days, but thanks to Job centre and my support worker Javid I start course for Fork-lift and i have new place to call home... not a temporary accodmodation with hygiene problems and crazy tenants. I need say thank you to my support worker Javid, for encouraging and supporting me to look forward and have a reason to survive otherwise i do not know what would of happen to me ? I am a very young women aged 24 & am a single mother of one child I have been going to Hackney jobcenter for a while when I walked in hackney jobcenter and I met my work coach Mr Javid I thought that me being a single mother with no support will be very hard for me to find the work that I always wanted because the timing and just balancing work and childcare was going to be very hard or impossible but when I have started my journey in the jobcenter and having my meeting every two weeks I was seeing a lot of progress with a lot of help and support by Mr Javid my work coach his a very nice , kind & helpful person he always made me look forward not back and think positive not negative & he will take time out to help you with anything you will need help to complete , I am happy to shout out the roof tops and walk out of the jobcenter with my dream job thanks to the best work coach Mr Javid his the BEST !!!!!!!
