Have been meaning to try this place. I recently moved to Greenwich and have seen this everytime I visit Greenwich park. The restaurant has great space inside and outside. Like the look and feel of it. I tried their Falafel platter, fries and black coffee. Black coffee was average in taste and could be better. Falafel platter was delicious. Although the falafel were slightly under cooked, so I could taste the raw taste of the batter. Fries were crispy and tasted really good. Few suggestions: Instead of serving fries in a plate like this, serve it in a basket or a wide plate because whenever I picked the fries, 1 or 2 always slipped out. Serving mayo and ketchup with fries in a steel dip bowl put me off. You could use ceramic one, that matches the set. The tissue/spoon holder was really cheap. You can do better. Presentation matters! It's not only the food but also the overall feel you get from the ambience and crockery and cutlery and the staff of course. In terms of COVID-19 hygiene, you can keep the cutlery a bit clean. Wipe it with warm tissue when guest arrives, that would be nice. The guy who was serving was wearing mask but not covering the nose. So, why wear a mask at all?? Something you should take care of.

Lovely pub with great selection of food and drink. Great space with open up windows that create minimal feel between the inside and outside! Also has a great seating area to the rear accessed via gate at the right hand side of this photo. Overall great place.

Lovely Pub right next to the gates of Greenwich Park. Has a relaxing warm atmosphere for a nice evening pint. The staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. Expect the usual London prices. I really like this place. Will have to eat here next time. Big thanks to the wonderful barmaid with the white streak of hair, excellent customer service.

My friend and I stopped in for a hot drink after the weather turned . The staff was accommodating and we got a table inside immediately. Perhaps we were lucky it being at 4pm. The staff were attentive and our drinks arrived quickly. If we have stayed for food, I probably would have give 5 stars

Friendly staff, excellent location and delicious food, though I have I found them a bit pricey, or maybe that's pretty much the standard for the Greenwich are. Anyway I had a lovely time sitting out side to eat and drink with my mates. Definitely worth the visit!
