Purchased a lovely Jaguar XJR with a 2 year warranty from Grange Woodford in October 2019. Collected the car, everything on the day was great but the 2 year warranty never arrived. I have tried to sort this out with them and hate leaving negative reviews but I have chased and chased and the salesman has promised and promised it will be sorted. Eventually spoke to his fairly aggressive manager who told me to leave it with them. Months later, still no warranty and now they don't even respond to emails. Really disappointed with the experience - massive waste of everyone's time trying to get them to do what they promised. I'm now left to commence legal proceedings. Take care if your purchase from Grange Woodford involves trusting them at all!

The worst experience I have received by far and now regret buying a Jaguar in the first place. Contacted only to be told to email personal details to their official email with personal information including V5, POP and drivers license with confirmation of receipt on phone. A promised call back never happened only for me to be told that I have emailed to their old email and be bouncing between different departments. Don't waste your time calling service team they are rude and unprofessional when you paying.
