Awful service. I have been dealing with them for the past 7 weeks and my washing machine still isn't fixed. 1 week before xmas they lost the part and advised me to get a new washing machine 1 WEEK BEFORE XMAS. my washing machine is 2 years old. they managed to get a part and fit it the day before christmas eve and its the wrong part. so had to book another appointment for an engineer to come out for the following wednesday, my partner booked the day off of work, today is the day the engineer is meant to turn up and they cancel the appointment. apparently the next appointment is next wednesday. I have a new born (well i did when this all started) a 5 yr old and my partner that is a landscaper and i need my washing machine fixed.

Awful customer service, I would never use them again. We had a call out last week Wednesday for an engineer to look at our dishwasher. He was able to get it working but I mentioned to him that it had done this before and then stopped again. He advised to see how it goes and call back if there is a problem and he will order the pump and fit it. That evening it stopped working again. I called the customer service team who said they would speak to the engineer and call me as soon as they had the part in. I did not hear back so called yesterday 26/10/20 after being kept on hold for 15 minutes to be told and they advised me again that they would speak to the engineer and come back to me - again no call back. I called again today, being left on hold for 25 minutes this time to be advised that the engineer would now need to come back before the part could be ordered at an additional call out charge of 89.00. I am shocked and appalled that a company thinks it is ok to treat their customers this way especially in the current climate.
