I have just purchased my first BTL property through Global Property Investors. It was a 3 bed semi-detached house in Greenwich. I obtained a 20% discount which made me over 55,000 equity. The property is currently rented out which is giving me an excellent return. I must say it has been a pleasure dealing with them, they gave me simple and honest advice from the start.
