I booked tickets with this company and the airline cancelled it the airline were happy to refund back 100% however this company was not being fair and passing the refund back instead wanted to charge me 75 per passenger for the flight I did not cancel. They are completely useless with dealing with customers they try to pressure you in agreeing with the terms during a pandemic they should be transparent instead they try to apply terms and conditions. The online platform in my account showed somebody else's tickets there whole website is a flop do not book with this company now my credit card company is dealing with the dispute. Do not book extremely bad experience received. If I could give 1 star I would give they are all fraudsters and trying to make money from customers in the middle of a pandemic.

I've never written a review before, but after my terrible time dealing with this company I've been compelled to write this - that's how awful this company is. Their communication is an absolute joke. If they're unable to answer your question they will disconnect you from the chat room, or hang up the phone on you. My flight worth 250 was cancelled due to covid, all they could offer in compensation was 20.40, which I think is far too little. I spent months hassling them to send me this partial refund and they tried to ignore me for as long as possible. My takeaway from this terrible experience with this company: don't buy flights via a middleman like this company if you can't afford losing the price of the ticket.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Absolutely TERRIBLE service. There is an extra fee with everything. Even if your flight is cancelled by the airline you still have to pay a fee. I had to chase the customer service countless times to understand why I wasn't getting a full refund. Once I finally had to accept that I wouldn't get a full refund I had to chase for proof of refund. Then chased another 5 times to get a reply that was extremely rude and I am unsure if I will even receive my refund at all! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I booked a flight for Dubai & it was cancelled by the airline, these people still tried to charge 75pp fees when the airline confirmed there was a waver code on my booking so no charges! I cannot believe these people are trying to take peoples money in a pandemic! absolutely disgusting!!!

They are thief and stolen the money and I have evidence. Robbers is thief but finally he accepted has mistake and I have call recording and supervisor try to hide the mistake. They make me in rush and they told me the price will be change after midnight make payment quick and I don’t know they overcharge me. Then finally they said u made the payment I have all call recording
