I’ve purchased quite a few items from Gearooz. Never once had any issue or problem with this. Always there for tech help and always know exactly how to help. Great service. 5 stars. Shame that’s all I can give.
Well as this business is not trading anymore it's a shame as it started out as gear 4 djs then renamed and moved to Shoreham Airport it was fine for a while but then started to decline so am not at all surprised that the company went in to liquidation. I feel sorry for some customers who paid cash in the shop for equipment which never turned up and are now trying to retrieve there money back. I myself paid for a light costing 180 and never received the product but as I brought it on eBay and had my bank step in I managed to get my money back. Anyway its over now so good luck to all who did business with this company.
Called the team looking to purchase a guitar, they were very helpful and recommended a few options for me to look at. Purchased a Hagstrom guitar from their website and it arrived very quickly for a great price too! Would highly recommend them, really friendly and knowledgeable staff.
