So, so thankful for finding Form Clinic and for getting treated by Gianluca!! I've suffered for a painful few years with degenerative disc disease ( L4 & L5) but booked an initial appointment for thoracic back pain. Gianluca massively helped relieve the pain and tension (I could slowly move my neck again) on my first visit with physio massage and acupuncture. It's wonderful to be treated by a professional who is both highly knowledgeable and who takes the time to listen and advise accordingly. I am slowly but surely making progress with the exercise program Gianluca has set up for me, and I'm looking forward to a third session in the new year. Highly recommend!

I've seen many osteopaths over the years and Amadine is by a significant margin the best I've encountered. A truly holistic approach sets her apart from the others and allowed her to fix in two sessions what others couldn't achieve in ten. Highly recommended!

I definitely recommend Form Clinic for convenient hours, good service, and clean, slick environment. I've had a few sessions across 2018 with Poonam Shah and she has worked wonders - after just one session a really bad back pain (which my GP was flummoxed by) was completely fixed. Her treatment and aftercare is excellent and she is very clear in her explanations, responds rapidly to booking requests, and has a wonderful manner.

I had an initial consultation for a muscle strain. 20 mins of chat about the issue, 30 mins of actual physio and another 10 mins of advice. Also signed me up to an app which helps me with prevention. Will visit again for future injuries/issues

Amandine has been brilliant in understanding the problems with my back and has also given me great advice on what I need to at home. I highly recommed Amanidine who is very professional and attentive.
