Staff are super friendly and helpful. They're happy to help or leave you to browse at leisure, whatever you prefer. However, upstairs they were playing the worst kind of jazz imaginable. It sounded like someone having their appendics out whilst some else tried playing a tenor saxophone as they were tumbling down a stone staircase. I can't excuse this so have deducted one star for this unacceptable behaviour on what was an otherwise enjoyable shopping experience

Brilliant emporium for books, vids and music. A vast range of all the above at great prices with international masterpieces, golden oldies and the latest releases on offer. A goldmine!
The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly; offering good service (ordering items in, etc). The store layout is a bit confusing for a quick visit, but good enough for browsing. Centrally located (Covent Garden/Cambridge Circus), it's conveniently situated en route to the West End, Soho and Theatreland.
Picking up an item for click and collect man on the door told me straight away where I could go staff at the till we're very quick and more than helpful, store had a great selection to choose from
