Very RUDE people. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I have been a customer here for many years (20) and the service under the previous owner and later Iqbal was very good. Fontain pharmacy processes most of Dr Jeffries' s patients, so waiting times can be long during certain times of the day. I would recommend calling the pharmacy ahead of a pick up and asking for them to prepare your prescription in advance, if you need to avoid delays. They have a very good selection of products and the staff are always helpful.
Waited over an hour in the shop for my mother’s prescription. This is not uncommon, in fact I don’t think the medicine has ever been ready. Constantly being given the incorrect brands which means a second visit to correct it again. The staff here are unfortunately more concerned with selling their shelf products on ridiculously high ‘deals’ than prioritising unwell customers by ensuring prescriptions are ready for collection and reduce waiting times.
