I took an aerial hoop class here and was apprehensive to begin as I wasn't sure what level it would be aimed at. Luckily they tailored the moves taught to suit all levels, and the level of one-on-one time with the teacher was more than I expected. The teachers were very kind and supportive even when we struggled with the moves. A great workout and fun too.
