About the gym: I was very happy there as a member for 8 months before lockdown. Good equipment, spacious by central London standards, very clean and tidy, and good value for money. The real reason for leaving this review though is I was having such a tough time trying to upgrade my contract to a FF gym in my new area that I was actually about to pay the 196 penalty just to cancel my contract and move to a completely different gym (and leave with a very negative view of the experience). Fortunately the last time I called I had the pleasure of talking to Viktorija whom I'd like to thank for really going above and beyond in her customer service, actually listening to my situation, and ultimately making me once again a happy client of FF. Customer service like this is really what you hope for as a client so I'll happily give 5 stars for this experience alone.

I recently became a member of this gym and i must say it is amazing! The whole vibe from the music to the staff is great. The sales team especially were superb and have since helped me get set up and actually use the gym for once. The refurb they done looks awesome, they actually listen to feedback here. Only thing is the changing room isnt exactly the biggest but i only spend 10 minutes in there so its not a deal breaker. I would definitely recommend this gym!
