He went out of his way ensure that I was satisfied and being it was an out of town purchase he described the vehicle to me accurately and honestly. After having completed research online for our next vehicle I decided to give Finch Chev a visit (the offer of a free TV also nudged us in the door ). The dealership was busy but measures in place for COVID protocols. Hands freshly sanitized and the masks on I sat down with Kevin and we discussed some options and was eager to find a vehicle that would suit me. Post purchase I did have some concerns that needed attention and these were swiftly and easily resolved with Kevin and the service department. Kevin is confident, knowledgeable and respectful when dealing with his clients and this backed up with his regular salesman of the month awards and referrals – an asset to the Finch Auto Group Thanks to Kevin and the team at Finch.

This will probably be the last time we use the dealership we bought my husbands car at. We've never been impressed by any of the service advisors attitudes. Today when I went on what sounded like a personal phone call, the other couldn't check me in until she sent an email so I stood there for ten minutes waiting for someone else to come out and help me. Sure enough without even a vehicle inspection they gave us recommendations to spend 1300. Also while I was waiting there was a guy that multiple staff walked my not wearing his mask on his face but on his knee. As an immune suppressed person I find that quite offensive that a business that is serving the amount of people that finch is isn't enforcing it. My oil change took almost an hour and a half which is also quite long for an oil change.
