Fairytale London .... exactly summed up in the title! Lulu was such a fantastic woman who fully understood my style and what I was after for a South of France wedding in the middle of July! She has a keen eye for dresses and even selected some I wouldn't necessarily pick for myself yet, they rivalled some of my own choices. If you're after a wedding dress shop where you're not rushed or pressured & you have an attentive woman who make sure that you leave the shop with a smile on your face & a huge weight lifted off your shoulders (as lets be honest, we all want to look & feel the most beautiful we've ever felt on our wedding day!), then Fairytale London is certainly for you.

I bought my wedding dress last summer for my beach wedding in Italy in September. I have chosen a dress designed by Maggie Sottero (3rd picture) as I loved the lace but it was not my style. Lulu (the owner), through a great work of alternations made the dress I always wanted and dreamed of. I have received it a bit last minute before my flight but I loved it. Thank you Lulu for the amazing dress, I have received so many compliments and the dress was also very comfortable throughout the day, I did not want to take it off :).
Amazing customer service! I went to the shop to find a dress I saw on the internet and of course things look different when you try it on. Lulu suggested another style and it was the wedding dress of my dreams! Fitted and altered to my shape, I’m so excited to walk down the aisle. I was recommended Fairytale by a friend and I was definitely not disappointed. I was encouraged to try on loads of dresses including styles that I wouldn’t have necessarily picked out for myself, and I ended up choosing one of them! Fittings and alterations were always thorough and all of my customisations and requests were carried out, even the trickiest ones! I picked my dress up yesterday and tried it on and it was perfect. I am SO excited to wear it in a few weeks. Thank you, Fairytale, for your hard work, your kindness and your support ️
Do not EVER go here. This place is terrible and WILL STEAL your money and try to give you a second hand dress. Do NOT believe these fake 5 * reviews as they are written by the owner and her employees. If only they spent as much time writing fake reviews as they do improving their shop they wouldn't need to STEAL people's money. Just look at the photos of the dress they tried to sell to me. Currently in court proceedings over this company. RULA ALAWI IS THE ONE RUNNING THIS SCAM. Remember that name and next time you see it, you should probably take your money as far as you can.
