The best cab service ever. I have tried many cab services and they all are either rude or I have had to wait over 20 mins for a cab. Exclusive Car Service has the best service: the controllers are very helpful and I don't have to wait a long time for a cab. The drivers have clean cars and I have no problems whilst on my journey to the end. DEFINITELY USE THIS CAB SERVICE, THE BEST!!

I have used Exclusive Car Service 3 times, and each time the experience has been excellent! Christine in the office has been extremely helpful, responsive and enjoyable to talk with. Each time, the driver has been courtesy, professional and on time. This service is now my go-to car service every time I visit London.
Great customer service, our flight had a 2 and a half hour delay but the reservation agent and I kept in touch and the driver waited for us for an extra 30 minutes only for a small fee of 10 additional. The car was clean and smelled lovely and we safely got back home. Would definitely recommend and will use again for sure!
Fast, reliable, excellent service. You can never beat their rates. Cars arrive on schedule, drivers very polite and extremely knowledgeable. I have recommended friends. Will continue to use their services. This is the second time I have this driver and I cannot fault him. He is a very careful, cautious driver, and very polite. I had an excellent experience with Exclusive Car Service. The controller/dispatcher was very friendly, patient and efficient - a car picked me up within minutes of me ordering it. The driver was a great guy - really friendly, and he knew the 11 plus miles route from the middle of the city to Wimbledon like the back of his hand: he got me home - in evening rush hour traffic - in record time; if he is available the next time I use Exclusive Car Service I would, if at all possible, like him again. The price for the journey was also extremely reasonable. This company gets 10 out of 10. K.B.
