Calling up over New Year and leaving a voice message I didn't hold out much up of a return call. Moments later Aldo called back and not only did he have what I needed he found solutions to my problems of laying a bathroom floor with thin boards. Just the kind of service you want when you're not 100% sure what you need. Later he hooked me up again with some lovely boards for cladding. The wood oozes quality and he's such a lovely guy. I'll be going back again and again.

A huge thank you to Aldo, Elizabeth and Bradley for helping my mum out of a difficult spot. The service was excellent and extraordinary efforts made to deliver 4 metres of flooring at very short notice. Plus, changing the order within a 24 hour notice period was really impressive with Bradley coming up trumps again. Thank you so much and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service provided by Aldo & Elisabeth. I ordered 8 square meters of Reclaimed Timber (pine floorboards). They provided the lengths I required and arranged delivery to the North West by pallet on a lorry. The service is friendly and professional (whether by phone or email) and I would recommend Encore for that reason.
