Very bad customer service any time I call no one is answering all of he times no email no information at all if you eventually get to speak to someone they are very rude or they put you on hold or they are talking between them self do other stuff (I could hear all conversations about buying perfume )from past couple months I try to get to them they send me to their website !!!! No everyone have to speak Arabic!!!! I am very disappointed!!!!!

Very helpful staff and professional service
Customer service and customer facing staff are professional staff that require training and organisation and it has to be recognised, supported and regularly assessed by top management who must provide the required resources and commitments. It does not just happen by itself. It's a very stressful job. Unfortunately, this is the last thing on management mind and at bottom of priority. Complaints are regularly ignored because offence is easily taken as personal insults. Hence it's potluck, you sometimes get patient and helpful staff who get fed up after a while because lack of management support.
10 months waiting for the passport. Then turned up with missing ID document. The staff try to justify their miscommunication by claiming we texted you but you didn't reply. Litterely he could not tell me when did they text me.
