BUY ELSEWHERE - failed to supply UK ready kit As you will see from other reviews, this company does not appear to deliver what it promises. The equipment i bought didn't come with a power supply that was ready for use in the UK. I wrote and called them a number of times asking for them to provide a UK power supply or adapter. They said that they would do so immediately but never did so. I don't know if that means they are selling \grey\ goods. I gave them repeated opportunities to remedy the situation and they eventually stopped responding. I would recommend you buy elsewhere.

Please take the time to read the positive reviews; they all have the same language and spelling mistakes. They are all by the same person. The prices are too good and I would suggest you do your research.

Terrible service, Did not get my delivery at all. So now i have to get my bank involved with the fraud team! This company is full of excuses after 5 emails they only replied to my trust pilot review. Also i was told i would have my item Thursday after it was sent. They only took the payment the next day! I was then told that I was suspicious because my bank card address was not the same as my delivery. They then told me i gave them the wrong email... i Checked this and i gave the right one.. I was then told my phone number doesn't work... SHOCK i had zero missed calls. Please check elsewhere for the reviews and you will see the truth.

Placed an order online for next day delivery. Got a call 24 hours later that they did not have stock! I wonder if they ever heard of stock control?! We will NOT USE again!

Order made and paid 3 June, informed order being processed on Friday 5th, only to learn order cancelled on Monday 8th (because item in UK and courier can't ship it!!)- how did I get all this information. Chatting online to Jessica@ejobber. No emails of status or cancellation, no tracking facility other than webchat. Would have liked to report more.
