Totally inept company, especially when dealing with 'minors. First the company takes a massive amount of money and does nothing for it once the students have arrived in your home. You will hear from nearly ALL the students they have to pass lots of exams on their return or they will have to redo the last year... My students were advised a maximum of 3 subjects but it certainly not the case. As a parent, ask so many question of this so called good company. Host parents, ask so many questions and if you are mad enough to open your home make sure you keep in the backs of the staff for everything until you get an answer.
