Wasn't open at 3pm Saturday. Fixed Dyson head for free when I went back! Very friendly service :)

I took my Henry for general service couple months back. The only job done was the plug replacement which I was charge around 50 for. When asked if it isn’t too much the man said that he needs to charge for his experience.... Now the vacuum has burnt as I suspect nothing else except the plug was checked. Rip off!
Have used this business for about 35/40yrs, maybe more. Fantastic quick,friendly/reasonably priced service
I have recently had our vacuum cleaner repaired here I took the cleaner to the shop the gentleman unfortunately I didn’t get his name was friendly honest and knowledgeable said he was unsure he could repair it but would give it a try because of damage to the vacuum body When I asked how much he said no repair no fee I would just have to come back and collect it to dispose of it What could be fairer than that? I got a call the next day saying it was repaired collected it brought it home working as good as new I would like to say in this day and age it is pleasantly surprising to find a business run like this I will certainly be back should we have any issues in the future and would recommend the service to everyone Any problems with your vacuum cleaner you know where to go you will not be disappointed
