Terrible post-sale customer experience. Furniture looks good but your order will probably arrive either broken or bad and you will have to deal with customer service (30' average for them to answer the call and then they won't be able to solve anything since they can just email the warehouse). We ordered a sofa, it was delivered 2 weeks later than promised and no screws to assemble, called customer service they said they will email warehouse, 10 days later, still no screws, called again (30' later) the guy suggested to go to a store and buy the screws myself. TERRIBLE. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DONT BUY HERE

Avoid Dwell at all costs. In store the products look great but there is a massive quality issue. The chaise of our sofa (Verona corner) has hugely deformed within 5 months (see pic) of use and Dwell will NOT honour their 2 year guarantee. Their explanation was that even beds deform over time. Yes, perhaps over 15 years.. not 5 months!! Shocking service.

Appalling service. I ordered a footstool for a recently purchased couch. The order arrived 2 months late. No one bothered to contact me about this delay. The product then arrived broken. I waited 3 weeks for a replacement. The old item was meant to be collected when the replacement was delivered. However this paperwork didn’t go through to the outsourced delivery company. So I’m on hold again - 30 min per call on average- to have the delivery rebooked. This is by the way after holding with customer service only to be put on hold again to speak with the delivery team because apparently customer service can’t actually action any customer service. Please spare yourself the headache and avoid ordering from Dwell!

This is the worst furniture company i dealt with. This is a complete waste. BY AVOIDING THIS COMPANY YOU AVOID A BUG HUSTLE. I ordered one of their products and its been 3 months that customer services tell me its going to arrive in 1 week. Additionally, the staff there are very unprofessional and not helpful at all.

It was really nice to have shopping here in these hot days. The shop is tidy and well structured to look a variety type of furnitures in a simple way. The second is that there is a certain benefit you can expect here in the showwindow other than the online shopping. We have got a good briefing from the one of officers named “Irena” She was really nice and wonderful to give us good suggestions. 5/5 J
