One Small Step

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Pertusa. He is an expert in the field and very personable and approachable. He has a vast knowledge and experience of dealing with many issues including addiction and is a world expert on ADHD. He takes a real interest in his patients and sees them as individuals.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Pertusa for nearly two years now, and have nothing but positive things to say about the practice and Dr. Pertusa. He is lovely to speak with, and very helpful with managing ongoing medications. His personal secretary Jennifer is incredibly kind and professional, and makes coordinating prescriptions and appointments incredibly easy and convenient.

I visited Dr Pertusa a few months ago, he was incredibly helpful with understanding guiding me in the right direction of a course of treatment. He was also a great support when I wanted to quickly discuss medication/ treatment over the phone. Overall I felt comfortable and reassured that I was in good hands.

To anyone who feels that there is no hope left and that you are broken, I urge you to be taken under the wing of Alberto. Not only is he incredibly knowledgable and dedicated to his work/purpose, he is extremely caring, compassionate and invested in his patients. On a professional level, the way he practises is second to none; he is fully informative and considerate in what you, as his patient are comfortable with doing, or not doing. If it weren’t for Alberto (my 5th attempt at finding the right psychiatrist) and two of my therapists who he works closely with, I wouldn’t be around on this Earth to type this. It’s been over a 3 year hell journey, but I promise you that if you make a long term plan and stick to it, whether it be weeks, months or years, you will get through the other side. I promise. I did. Remember HOPE stands for: Hold on, pain ends. All the love and courage I can give, Henry
