Ridiculously efficient service. Wanted to get Covid antibody test. Signed up to DocTap for first time at 10.30am, booked appointment at 12.45 the same day, results in email inbox the next morning.
Was promised COVID results by member of staff by yesterday evening. Never came and missed flight. Woke up 13 hours later and still nothing. No one answers phone, no one responds to emails. Terrible service and many others say the same. AVOID.
I saw Dr minal Patel this afternoon. Outstanding care very kind caring. Explained everything to me very clearly. Very good experience as always.
