Just got off the phone with Jessica on your customer service line and she couldn't have been any more kind and helpful. (I had amended my booking at the end of last year due to Covid, but for some reason it didn't go through on the website so my account was saying I had travelled). Not only did she offer me a credit note and sincerely apologise for the problem, but she made me laugh, smile and wished me a great year. Just wonderful customer service. Thanks Jessica and great name by the way.

Impossible to enquire about changing or cancelling a booking using the My Account dashboard - which is apparently the cheapest way of doing so - and their telephone lines are conveniently not open..... booking directly with the operator would have enabled me to make changes or cancellations for free. Stressful and potentially very expensive booking with this intermediary. Why do I never learn for the sake of a few quid? Don't believe the 5* ratings, they are clearly fake.
