Brilliant gym with really knowledgeable instructors and friendly atmosphere. They really go out of their way to explain the techniques in depth as well as welcoming people of all levels at the gym, ensuring that nobody feels left out. I would highly recommend training there.

The best martial arts gym I have ever gone to. The variety of classes on offer - both in terms of disciplines & in terms of start times - is excellent. There is something for everyone here, no matter what style of combat or fitness you want to do or what time of day/evening you are able to go. You don’t need to buy loads of gear, or have any experience doing this type of training before. Trainers are super friendly and very PATIENT (thankfully!!). Highly recommend

Great service, COVID-19 safe, friendly staff, easy to use app to book classes, big space with great classes for adults and children. Very experienced coaches.
