Exceptional. Problem with rear derailleur. Happy to assess and fix on the day for no fee! This, whilst despite it being probably their busiest time due to the increase of cyclists following the outbreak. I will now go there for for everything cycling related and I recommend you do to. I am a novice and appreciate that it may have been an 'easy' fix, but a lot of places would have taken advantage and rubbed their hands at the opportunity and probably kept the bike for a week. I now trust this company and that is what a business/consumer relationship is all about.
Helped me with a small boring job on an old cheap bike that most bike shops would stick their nose up and at short notice. Only asked 10 to do it too so I picked up some brake pads to make it more worth his while whilst I was there!
