The best sheesha in london for sure.
I went to Cosy lounge last night and i've been quite a few times but this experience was the worst of them all. I was heavily disappointed and surprised. First of all, we walked in and weren't greeted and I had to ask if we have to go straight in and they rudely said 'yeah go ahead' so we chose our seats and proceeded to wait for 10 minutes for someone to atleast give us a menu. No one came to give us a menu or to take our order so I had to go into the kitchen to ask for a menu and to order. Then they told me that ALL of the flavours (including the cheap standard ones that are usually 13) are 14. I thought that was fine cause I wanted one of the nicer ones but SURPRISE SURPRISE every single premium shisha i ordered, you didn't have. Therefore I had to pay more for a standard shisha rather than paying less for a premium shisha. The thing that drew the line for me, other than the terrible service was the fact that they charged me 4 FOR TWO CANS OF MIRANDA. Is this some sort of joke? You can get a can of Miranda at a shop for 50p. Am I a fool getting charged 2 for a can of miranda? This is an absolute joke. Not only did you charge me that much for it, but we didn't even want drinks in the first place but the stupid policy is that we must buy one each? is that so you can take more money? Terrible. The total was 18 for a standard shisha and 2 cans of miranda and honestly i felt like i was robbed. Me and my friends will not be returning and I hope you make some changes soon. Best Lounge I’ve ever been to. Great shisha and at a really good price. All the staff are lovely and highly recommend! A really nice atmosphere and music
Outstanding customer service provided during our visit today. The staff member gave us details of the many flavours available to smoke as well the drinks that was available. I truly recommend for you visit this lounge in particular as a guarantee of a wonderful experience whilst smoking is possible.
